Having moved next door to the Fitzgeralds a few years back, we thought we had won the next door neighbour jackpot. 
whilst we didn’t have much interaction with Ciaran over the years, whenever we did meet, he was always so friendly and warm towards us. 
For us, we knew Ciaran through his music. The way he played his guitar was absolute magic! He played with such heart and soul. We loved listening to him. We would open the doors and sit out and listen, and be disappointed when he finished!   It was through his music we learnt about Ciaran - his nature and what a kind, gentle and loving man he was. 
we will truly miss him and will miss the way he would make us feel when playing his music.
